Trick-- See Active Service Applications in Menu Option

See all Active Menu in Menu Window.

>> Go to Channel No. 99>>
>> Go to Mosaic PIP>>

after few seconds press Active Services Button

Now it shows all active applications with TEST MOD which is not active.
TEST MOD is Helpdesk

You can save time by that of searching progess.
