Seeking Help Unable to Subscribe- Sony Bouquet28-HAPPY INDIA SOUTH(Rs.22.7)

In Dishtv webpage login ,with my login credentials(ST2) able to view only Sony Rs.17 (Sony six ,Sony Ten2) and Sony Rs.19 pack(Sony Six , Sony Ten1).
Unable to find updated Sony Happy India Pack -Rs.22.80 (prev.Rs.25) with Sony Six and Sony Pix.
But in Broadcaster Packs ,the above pack with cost Rs.22.8 is available.

Bro,any idea?
