Unable to subscribe to ESS sports pack!

I've subscribed to South Sports annual pack in Tata Sky. This base pack has Star Sports.

To watch Wimbledon/ashes, I tried subscribing ESS pack (ESPN + star sports2 + star cricket + star sports). I was unsuccessful.

Tata Sky CC informed me that I CAN'T subscribe to ESS pack! Bcoz my base pack contains Star Sports! I've to go 'a la carte' (ALC).
This is ridiculous!

ALC rate of ESPN - 29 per month
Star Sports 2 - 40
Star Cricket - 40 (recently hiked from 29)
Total = 109 per month
ESS pack add on rate = 65 per month!

Logically complete pack is cheaper than individual channels (which is what even Tata Sky website brags about!)
Just becoz, i've 1 channel out of 4, I can't subscribe to pack of 4 channels!

But Tata Sky system forces me to go expensive route & add channels ALC. This is clearly profit building measure of Tata Sky.

What should I do? How do I escalate this further.
CC is of no help.

I would've done it via portal if I had the option!
But ESS pack is not shown in mytatasky.com! I guess its Tata Sky system to make money.

I emailed nodal officer. No action yet from Tata Sky.
Is this thing mentioned anywhere on Tatasky website / faq?
