Seeking Help Videocon d2h has gone crazy

After the merger with Dishtv, videocon d2h services have deteriorated to the great extent, fake kkw offers, balance deductions after recharge is a part of their cruel services. Anybody else facing same issues?

I asked senior cc about balance deduction after kkw activation
He told few changes happened in Feb so balance reduces after kkwoffer gets activated but as soon one month completes it automatically gets adjusted to previous balance
So No need to worry guys

But in my case cc didn't tell me so, my due date altered & i lodged 4 complaints for the same & after that they credited 2 days in my account. Also after fresh recharge my due date was again reduced by 4 days. Lodging complaints again & again isn't feasible @ all.
