Hi

I did a factory reset on my box as some channels were lagging ...

now i get a message no channels found ...

i have the installation code and secret stb code ...

how do i get the latest transponder details ...

Also it requires a AID and PID ... assume audio and picture ...

Please explain how to enter details and retrieve channels...

I work late hours and have almost zero time to get a technician to my house

awaiting reply ... please assist :-/

it is asking for transponder and aid pid ... no idea what those are

Goto Settings >> Installation >. (Code) >> Box Settings >> Satellite Management >> (code)

Post what you see on that screen. You should see the Satellite name ST2 and i the last row Transponders, you should see all the TPs listed.

If you are not seeing any satellite and transponders, you can add a new satellite and add the transponder details from here.

what about LNB type default mode off , LNB power default mode off, 22 khz default mode off and video pid and audio pid ... any idea what these should be
