d2h trade app also facing technical problem due to heavy load
Even retailers while doing this process taking some time to resume channels some times
i am using for testing purpose d2h 3D stb no problem in that model @ 3pm bug in technical end few stbs
My customers sent me these pictures so that time got know all over d2h customers facing these problems
Customers can solve the problem doing heavy refresh takes time 30 minutes to 60 minutes to ruseme services
Problem will rectify from d2h they are doing bulk ids heavy refresh so as soon as possible channels will start set top box must keep on
