- to run active music audio channels in good audio quality, right now they r running in pathetic audio quality
-to remove neo sports and neo prime from base packs and include 20 active music audio chs and planet m music hitz video ch in new diamond pack and platinum pack
-bring the volume of all channels at par with volume of channel zing which is running in proper volume level
-remove utter crap chs like dangal, enter 10, b4u movies,sudarshan tv,tv 24,travel trendz,care world, prathna bhawan, kalash and add channels like delhi aaj tak, tv5 monde asie, diva universal asia, big cbs love, big cbs spark,big rtl thrill, big cbs spark punjabi, zee trendz and god tv
-remove the rule that if a customers stays in southern india then he cannot take rest of india base packs and if a customer stays in north , west or east india he cannot take southern base packs
work on improving hardware and software quality(informed by them that software work is on and they have the solution, will take 2 months to implement)
-give the option to the customer to close or open secondary stb any number of time in a year he or she wants ,tata sky gives this facility and it is very useful. currently it is allowed to close sec conn only once a month in d2h
-work on solution to curb piracy of videocon d2h signals by cable operators by implementing blocking card mechanism if it is inserted in open box-
