Videocon DTH- Only sound for Tamil news channels

Videocon DTH-Tamil new channels (news 7: 581; Puthiya thalaimurai 583; Polimer news 583, Kalaignar news 585, Makkal TV 586) No Video and only Audio .Showing technical problem..Anyone facing same issue?

Yes bro. I have tried that too. I have multiple connection.in both I face same issue.

Yes I did. They tried reset but didn't work.hence they told me they will send out technician.first they told me it could be set top box issue but I said I facing issue in both connection. So it cannot be set top box I feel something could be with dish. But really confused as I don't have an issue with any other channels
