videocon dth rf remote problem

dear friends,

I am using vidicon dth hd box using form 2years. but its remote has to change for every three months. its hanging struking, cc telling remote serivce is not possible. you have change but its cost 325. but its good dth.
so i want to change videocong to airtel what is your adivice and suggestion please
