Videocon HD Zapper software updated

My videocon d2h software has been updated two days back. Now its more slow then before. It takes more time to boot up after the update. I had asked them about usb recording on facebook thats why they updated my software i think.

What was the download id previously and current one?

Actually mine is a philips ddb led. It has videocon HD inbuilt in the tv itself. So software versions are termed differently i think. There is nothing like download id.

No it was not enabled.

Earlier it was good and now it has become slower after the update. I was just thinking why did i ask them about it? Now i have again asked them to update the software to solve this issue.
