If you don't do recharge nothing will happen only your a/c will get deactivated.And you will get unable to view any channel/services.

No,nothing related in recharge and smart card.Smart card is just paired with the STB.

No DTH are going to delete any users a/c with this type of simple late things.

Afterall i am clrealy saying if you don't recharge your STB only it gets deactivated and after some months D2H Team will call you and ask the reason(every dth do as well).
