Seeking Help Vijay HD Dolby Issue

Hi,I have airtel Internet STB connection and an xstreme box connection.In both ,i am not getting true dolby sound on Star Vijay HD,Just all speakers are working,no surround effect at all,does any one is experiencing the same?

Vijay HD don't have Dolby simply they mentioned

Vijay hd only provided dolby 2.0 not for dolby 5.1.star group provided dolby 5.1 of other south and english hd channels.only worst moving of tamil vijay hd.
