We hear that Madha Gaja Raja, which has been lying in the cans for some time, will finally be released in July. The film, directed by Sundar C, has Vishal, Anjali and Varalaxmi Sarath Kumar in the lead roles. The film was completed in December and was initially announced as a Pongal release, but later withdrew to avoid clash with another Vishal-starrer, Samar.
Says Sundar C, "The producers are planning to release the film by July end. I had completed MGR much before I started Theeya Velai Seiyanum Kumaru, but the producers had some issues and couldn't release it. Now, they have sorted out things. I am happy that the film will be hitting screens soon. "The director says that he has not yet decided about his next project yet."I have been shooting back-to-back for my films and now, I need a small break," he explains.
