Seeking Help VU 55 inch vs Airtel DTH (SD picture not stretched)

Dear Friends,

Yesterday I got new HD (Calcom Settop box) multiconnection for my new VU 55 inch TV. The problem is SD channels (all) are not getting stretched to TV size (full screen size) - meant to say about 1 inch on both the sides (left and right) are black ( Looking like border).

I tried connecting my primary set top box (Xtream box) I see there is no problem the picture is streatched to full screen.

I also tried different settings Aspect ratio, (tried pillar box, center cut, fit to screen) but no use.

Please help. Also i unable to pair my VU tv blutooth remote with Airtel HD remote.

Choose 16:9 AR in ur tv settings, screen fit will give blank side space issue. Also certain sd chs will not fill in full area (55 inch tv displays wider pic) bcoz of how they r transmitted from broadcaster end hence u will continue getting those black bars or white/black dotted lines
 
I think u should get a option of "stretch" in picture setting....If so enable it..

Earlier when I was using airtel HD in 50" TV there was no such issues...Don't know the present settings...In Tatasky above said settings will do the needful...

Can you tell me all aspect ratio options in your box?

My box has 7 options:
Auto
16:9 widescreen
16:9 pillarbox
16:9 pan&scan
4:3 full
4:3 letterbox
4:3 pan&scan

When i select "16:9 widescreen" option, all SD channels are stretched to full screen.

When I select "16:9 pillarbox", SD 4:3 channels have black bars on left and right. SD 16:9 channels are full screen when selecting this option.

U can't pair RF or Bluetooth or Wifi remote with airtel remote. Only IR remote pair with Airtel universal remote..

These list not in my calcom hd box.
Only 3 options for SD piller box, center cut, fit to screen
