Want to know about Fastway HD

Hello,
I need help choosing fastway HD box.

When i asked my local cable operator he said " कामयाब नहीं है। इसलिए हम नहीं रखते।"
Now i dont think SD box will be sufficient for 42" TV.

So my question is, can i arrange HD box from any other cable operator and have a connection from my local operator???
Because my operator wont tell me the truth and fast customers care says we dont have stocks for Haryana.

Yes my neighbor has the fastway SD box.

But they simply refuse to install HD box.

I dont know if cable operators do additional setup for HD boxes. If not... i can arrange STB from anywhere right??

there is nothing to installl... u can contact fastway cc. or u can get hd box from another area.... recently i sent box to himachal
