hii can any one help me about vod servises because i have not broadband connection and no wifi so can i connect it with mobile divice in anyhow plz plz help me

See promo on channel 100. It says WiFi dongle is required if you want to connect to mobile handset. Call cc.

i call cc they tell me if u want to use this servise u shuld have a broadband connection then i dont understand what the mean usb wifi dongal and connect with mobile plz anyone can help me with full detail
