web login failed

hi

after recent updates from Airtel app and web, now cannot login using gmail id or facebook, just getting refresh and keep the same login window again and again

I don't have registered mobile with me and I was using web with gmail for very long time.

Login with your mobile number. Just put your mobile number in place of customer id or email to id . Password remains the same.

once login with mobile number do create permanent password for that account then u can login with mobile number and password
