What has happened to Blacksheep TV

I have watched Blacksheep TV through their app, because I live in Europe. But the live stream has not worked for some months now, and I have noticed that Chithiram TV logo is back on the channel and Chithiram TV is still telecasting.

Has Blacksheep TV been closed down again?
