what is difference between Cband 12K Filter Vs Solid CB-1 C

Hi,

I'am currently using C-Band Filter LNBF 12K

I'am not able to receive the Frequency on AsiaSat7(3s) 3710-11XX V So I have searched over the Internet where people say that C-band 13K LNB is good for low frequency. I need help from you guys which C-band LNB should I buy.
