I am using both DD free / D2H both on videocon d2h dish antenna.

It only use for track as signal so you can use any type/brand dish antenna..

Buy a firestick or gogle chromecast if your TV is not Android and if you want few 2-3 pay channels buy Zing FTA HD box by Dish TV where you get all DD free Dish channels and you can activate pay channels by paying channel price plus NCF charges of Rs 5-10 per channel
