What's exchange charge for D2h 2266 IR to HD RF box ?

what's Charges ??? Please guide me.

Even i'm also using same STB,

Box replacement means they will give same STB I think,
so i'm taken new HD RF STB,
Present using HD-2266IR, HD-RF STB in my personal desk box.

Normally STB swapping charges are Rs.250 + Rs.200 visiting charges

Suppose if I have another HD stb, given to me by my friend and he is using Airtel now, can I ask them to change only stb number in their system and not to visit my place, will they charge for the same?

I have requested them to replace my d2h set top box, they replaced with dish TV HD box
