Pakistani channels on Indian dth. Are u crazy? Government will revoke license if they broadcast.

Evenafter dd+ canot fill a vacant slot evennow,then how 50 edl chnls as a lot?if it happend so then it will b a wonder.

Slot is vacant because broadcaster are not interested. But 50 educational channels is a government project just like other govt project.

DD direct plus or the freedish does not operate the way you think. The broadcaster has to pay a huge fee to get their feed on DD direct plus. Its not that you ask the channel and they add it, all they can add is the DD channels, Or the international govt controlled channels who they have agreement with.

They don't collect the fee from the viewers instead they collect the fee from the broadcaster. so whoever the broadcaster pays the fee they will add. Most of the new channels gets added here as they broadcaster pays a fee to DD freedish and they get them on their DTH and they promote the channel. Once the channel gets popular the broadcaster stops paying the fee and the channel goes offair from freedish.

Most of the tamil channels which you have asked has been there on freedish for some time and later they got removed.Even SUN TV, kalaignar TV, Jaya TV, Mega TV, Makkal TV were once available on Freedish and later removed if i recollect correctly.Probably i was expecting Puthuyugam to be on Freedish as its a new channel provided the broadcaster pays a fee to DD( hope so)

So.. you will have to make a request to the broadcaster to bring it on freedish rather making a request to DD.
