Nitin it is not possible i suppose(mostly). Add more LNB's, good ones. Tata(Sky uses SKY's (UK) STB. And it can be used as FTA STB, so surely Tata(Sky STB as well can be used. Configuration and add more channels.
What is possible is to receive DDD+ in addition to Tata(SKy channels. Infact all Ku-Band FTA channels. Using a bigger Dish is advisable.
Motorised dish well i can help you if your Dish antenna has the plastic holder on the back side. Although connecting Tata(Sky STB to DreamBox is not possible (not sure) however if you used a motorised dish you wont require that.
