which loader is used to flash solid hds2 3000

friends please give me proper loader to flash my solid hds2 3000. also if possible give connection for rs232 null modem ( i know 3 wires cross connection, but inside of solid hds2 there are four wires for rs232 hence asked)

whenever i am going to connect with loader and rs232 null modem it gives error

i am using 3 wires null modem cross connected
pin2-pin3
pin3-pin2
pin5-pin5

where as when i opened my solid hds2 3000 stb, at rs232 port there are 4 wires (pin 4 also included) can i make full 9 pin null modem or 3 pins (as usual) is sufficient
