I wanted to know if there are any guidelines set to broadcaster to be an HD channel. And if HD channels are not telecasting HD content, who can I escalate that issue? Is there any contact from Ministry of Indian Broadcasting? For me, not providing HD content is an indirect cheating because most of the viewers does not feel the difference and they pay for HD channel just because they claim it an HD channel.
