Why Im not getting Ten 1 HD in (FULL - ON HD) pack , Its been 3 month and im feeling cheated. Will it come to normal state any soon ? Or will it go on like this?

Is their any way to add Ten 1 HD from online portal or app? I couldn't find any option to do so. Please help me.

Request to Customer Care for Sony Ten1 HD it is Free For Max HD customer I hope free for all Full on HD & Game on HD Subscribers also I have also activated last month.
