Why 'India News' is being broadcasted in 2 TPs?

Did you find 'India News' being broadcasted in 2 different TPs of DDFD, ie, 11090,V,29500 and 11550,V,29500?

May be dd FD try to show feeling the vacant slot by new added channels.
