Sad News Why Star Vijay HD and Colors tamil HD not broadcsting in DD 5.1

Really disappointed that these channel have the enabled technology . But why dont the use it?

I'm also expecting but Star Vijay worst sounds. But other Reginal Star channels have DD +

Star Vijay HD has DD+ in TS but rear sound not coming. But colors tamil HD has DD it has good surround and volume level.
