To add more, punjab has a very good connection with yellow colour. I read a book in Punjabi named "Punjab - Panj dareyavaan di dharti". The writer mentioned that Punjab' s soil is golden ( yellow ), the crop ( wheat ) is golden growing on the golden soil, and every Punjabi' s heart and mind is also golden.
To sum up, Punjab is a Golden State.

As like punjabi channels, I also noticed that Red color is also used in all Assamese Genre channels.
