The Shiva-Santhanam combo is turning out to be a popular one in Kollywood, and filmmakers are increasingly looking at them as a unit. In their upcoming film YaYa, their fourth together, the duo will be playing characters called Dhoni and Sehwag.
When asked about these characters named after two popular cricketers, Shiva says, "I am playing a guy called Dhoni and Santhanam is Sehwag. There is no cricket connection, but when you watch the film, you will know why we have named the characters like that. Their names play a crucial part in the film."After YaYa, the next Shiva-Santhanam comedy will be Kiruthiga Udhayanidhi's film, Vanakkam Chennai.
