Why d2h not try to add popular channels like zee action and preamier,hbo hitz and defind,ss2 d2h add only regional channels tata sky add zee action recently but d2h not try to add this importent channels?

Because d2h is not in a mood to add demanded channels they only want money so d2h is adding only crap channels

TS recently added Z Action, but in my point of view it is tmtally a crap channel it shows mostly South indian movies in hindi and also repeating same movies day by day
