Zee will launch another channel in Kannada as they announced in Kutumba Awards.
Mostly likely it will 2nd GEC with Music Contents and will launch before April 2025

So at last Zee is launching a new regional channel (other than GEC and movies) in a language other than Marathi! Zee has launched so many Marathi channels in the past and not many in other languages. Hopefully this new channel is more successful than Zee Vajwa which shut down after a very short time.
 
Yes zee is not good wark now they started so many channel and shutdown also fta channel also not successful yet &tv also flopped

Now Merged Entities have new challenge, They Should Strong their GECs or they will loose the viewers to Zee.
 
There are many reasons that made Zee Pichchar HD to close:
  1. Not distributing the channel in all DTHs
  2. Not adding the channel in Base Packs
  3. Library is so limited, they failed to Convert the Good old movies to HD version
One cannot spend additional 22 rs for the same channel who has SD version in Base pack.

Zee is not doing well in Marathi Zone. May be Zee Yuva is also on the way to Shut Down.
