ZEE Network UK has announced its cricket coverage schedule for 2012/13 that will be telecast on its hybrid channel, ZEE Cafe.
ZEE Cafe, which launched last year, has become the official broadcaster of Pakistan, Zimbabwe, New Zealand, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh cricket games. The partnership between the mentioned cricket boards and the channel will retain over the coming years.
ZEE Network has confirmed it will be screening over 115 days worth of international cricket in 2012 and early 2013. The coverage kicks off in April/May 2012 with Pakistan v Bangladesh consisting of two Tests and three One Day Internationals.
Between May and July 2012, the channel will telecast Sri Lanka v Pakistan, which will include three Tests, five One Day Internationals and two T20s.
In July and August 2012, the much talked about India tour of Sri Lanka will air - a tournament featuring just three Tests.
Australia's tour of Pakistan will be broadcast on ZEE Cafe in August and September 2012 with five One Day Internationals and one T20. During the same period, Zimbabwe v Bangladesh will take place featuring two Tests, three One Day Internationals and two T20s.
In November and December 2012, the channel will broadcast Zimbabwe v Pakistan again consisting of two Tests, three One Day Internationals and two T20s. During the same period, New Zealand's tour of Sri Lanka will be shown featuring two Tests, five One Day Internationals and one T20.
In February 2013, Sri Lanka v Bangladesh will take to the stage featuring two Tests and three One Day Internationals.
Matches above are subject to change without prior notice depending on the ICC. Where matches overlap each other, ZEE Network will most likely air games on ZEE Cinema.
