The second channel is surely Zee Wajwa.
One correction in article its written Zee has Six channels already in Marathi including Zee Yuva HD . Its not Launched so correct it to Five channels .

They should follow the new tariff order 2.0 first, then they can forget about launching new channels, instead they might have to shutdown few existing channels.
