We have observed frequent disturbances in ZOOM channel from the morning, seems that they are removing it before 31st Aug'14

Confirmed by D2H customer care that they are removing Zoom & ET24

Yes. That's because most probably deal has been renewed between d2h and Times Television ( Zoom's parent company)
