@SarfaRaZ bro can you tell me apart from DD Odia and AIR Odia why no Odia channels are placed on DD Free Dish ? Are there not many FTA Odia Channels????

Actually OTV is A FTA channel but as all the channels from OTV network is in Top.5 position so they not require to go DD FD ... all other small networks can't afford to pay the high fees of DD FD now

Small network don't need to pay . They can get free ride. That's what I read from DD CEO
