How to check transponders ?

I checked the same ... But I am not getting the same number of channels that you mentioned

In last two transport 11570/V/28500 and 11490/V/27500, I get zero channels.... Any help?

dishtv changed symbol rate of 4 transponders to 28500 among 5 transponders available via dd free dish.

Bro, can u please write the TP Frequencies whose symbol rate has been changed to 28500 and which are available on DD Free Dish, in letters and post it as its not clear in the image. Bro, please write in your post, I m waiting for you reply !!
