Some of these same channels are not present on Dishtv also like VH1 HD Mtv HD+.The reason may be the RIO rate per subscriber which is too high like for VH1 HD is 15 per subscriber and 10 for MTV HD+ MTV Beats HD is also 10 .So DTH operators are reluctant to provide the same and want to negotiate at a better rate while taking these channels in a package .
