Yes, DD Free Dish cannot force any country to encrypt its signals. Even we are getting express AM6 signal on 2 feet dish and Indian government could not do anything on it.

I don't understand how the government can ask to shut down service when their own channels are running in other countries. DDFD's signals are available in India as well as in many other countries. First the government should turn off its signals and then expect others to do the same. They are operating from outside India so I don't think they will have any problems.
