No it's not useless for those who keep their DTH active. They will get 11% extra over and above other usual card and platform offers. I am missing it for not being in eligible state.

Other DTHs are giving discounts like 1m pack price(for me Rs 309) to 3m pack price, compared to this, Rs 101 is nothing. So don't feel Bro.
