Terrible news, the only reason I spent money on DTH were these music channels, Mtv beats and vh1 hd.

But not found anywhere that the last rio will not implement. So maybe above 5 channels will shutdown from 17th February.

At least Jalsha Movies gets to stay for now, despite the CCI’s order. Star Kiran SD survives as well, as it’s obvious that since the channel is doing horribly in the ratings chart there’s no point of keeping an HD feed.

Horrible news indeed, as @Shiv Verma bhai has already shared. I’m shocked that not only Vh1 but also MTV Beats is getting scrapped — that’s two HD music channels gone (MTV HD is the last one left) — but strangely MTV is going to stay for the time being. As for Bindass, I’m not shocked at all, and its shutdown is long overdue.
