Outrage, really, of how many people? What is the sample size of the people in outrage, how much proportion is it of the original subscribers/customers?
And vice versa, how many people actually seems to resonate with the decision?
About the outrage, even though I did not mention anywhere about mass outrage, only justified the outrage of us, whom you see here, you can still google yourself and see it..
Yes Customer has a POV, but is the customer going to pay the additional cost incurred to operate Paramount owned Channels, after Paramount's Exit. MTV, Nick still exist, but will be closed fron JioStar someday.
Increase in the price of A la Carte would have done? And besides, these channels do air some content, gets viewer engagement...I don't think it would have been a loss...

Many times I have observed commentary to be irrelevant,be it English or Hindi, commentators talk irrelevant, like England vs South Africa is going on and they intermittently show Virat kohli practising in net, or how IPL helps Indian cricketers, suddenly they start discussing about their IPL statistics, have u people observed that?
Because international cricket is revolving around IPL now. It is a such a big brand even BCCI couldn't do anything even they wished to.MNCs have taken control over just like football.
And commentator just want to be I'm good eye to get a contract..at last money matters

Comedy central is being discontinued as a shift of the IP from Paramount to jiostar . Jiostar sees no value in continuing unrelated brand and paying it just for IP .
Isnt it a known fact, the shows that air on Comedy Central india is not extension of Comedy Central US , but the shows subscribed by then viacom18.

Back then paramount was with viacom18 so IP was not an issue. Now its an issue.

It' s actually reverse, IPL is ruining international cricket, our players have forgot how to play test cricket? 😔, Triangular series have vanished, I don't find bilateral series entertaining

Tournaments has to be designed for us to win. This is why we lose test at International venues.

Google would take to social media right? How much of a social media view matters? Free Data (virtually with unlimited 5G), so social media has to have opinion on everything, more importantly negative opinion on everything (negativity sells right)

Not about just pricing, but Paramount exited for itself, so their owned IP ought to go with them, even if the channel is top rated in all markets, doesn't matter.
Already JioStar has opted to keep MTV and NICK brand (don't know for how long

Then from where else the opinions shall be counted?
Even if they are negative, after all they are opinions right?

This is where I fail to understand... Even if the brand exited from the market, they left behind a channel with good reputation...Instead of abruptly closing it, why could it not be run, and would not it have been beneficial for the venture itself?
I mean they are not wasting the transponder bandwidth after all, they replaced the vacancies with some channels, but these channels won't seem to provide as much in return as the defunct channels would do?
