Not sure if it is good practice for a DTH to continue using old technology. When all DTHs are going to MPEG4 route, Dish TV is still using MPEG2. May be it is because some customers are still using DIsh tvs old MPEG2 boxes. They should provide free upgrades to MPEG4 boxes for such customers
