It's time niche channel like these leave satellite TV platforms. Start digital only feeds with ads. Collab with OTTs, Xiaomi, Amazon, etc. Even those with broadband connection sometimes doesn't like to go through a whole list to watch content. They can watch whatever is on. Demand for linear TV among broadband users are there. This is why you keep hearing people wanting Star's channels on Disney+ Hotstar.

TV sucks. Because channels aren't given proper means to monetize. Thanks to you know who. They can't offer good things. OTTs charging less gets to offer fresh content .

If such things start happening, then more people will start moving away from TV, and the day will not be far when OTT will eliminate out TV industry, which surely will not be good in long run

Saas baahu drama and strong regional shows still stays. Middle class who are spending ₹200 for sports and GEC wouldn't wanna spent ₹5000 for a new broadband connection along with multiple OTTs costing ₹1000s. Linear TV is here to stay atleast until next decade.
