Nothing will change. Culver Max is only a technical name. End users won’t see it. Everything remains as Sony.

Nothing of that sort. CME (Culver Max Entertainment) are now the official license holders of the Sony network channels in India.

If the ZEEL-Sony merger gets the final clearance from Competition Commission of India and other Government bodies, then all the licenses of ZEEL channels too will soon come under the ambit of CME. ZEEL will officially be labelled 'a CME company"
