i purchased dishtv cam connection with my samsung tv in 2017 still now i did not get any call for st2 allignment so many calls and emails done but no use finally i installed tatasky

Bro,i also did the same thing. Since we are part of DDF Community , we are get these details from our ppl and able to understand.Even educated people also dont know these kind of change satellite and all. Better dish tv should call customers (preferably in customers regional language and not wait for customers to call ) and ask if they want south or north maximum channels ...then take their request and do the satellite change stuff.
