Thanks @Optimus_Prime,@ilikered ,@Gobinaath bros, Finally I too changed the pack with free addons. Now at rs99/ month.

Jio not completely dth platform it's streaming dth. It's not workout. Surely failed. Full day if you see the program your all data gone 1st day itself.
 
None of the Udaya TV channels (Kannada channels of Sun TV group) are coming now after opting for this South Pack. Thought of adding Kannada regional pack as the 2nd free top-up & checked it's channels, even here it does not list the Udaya channels.

Earlier we used to get them with the 61rs Kannada regional pack. They stopped after subscribing to the free south pack as mentioned above.

What is the catch? Temporary issue? Need to be added explicitly now? Anyone else facing this issue?

All South pack doesn't have sun group channels. You need to remove that and add Kannada 1M free top-up and check. Heavy refresh after you add the new one.

may sound silly to most, but how to perform "heavy refresh" by ouseleves from the portal (without calling CC)? Tried searching on the web portal (from desktop), but not able to see any "heavy refresh" link :(

HR to 54325 from ur RTN (chargeable sms except from Airtel)

Else call cc they will do it
