Still far better than Tata sky, we all know that Tata sky have changed lcns frequently for single channel addition.

This Harvest TV is a new English News Channels being launched. Barka Dutt, Karan Thapar will be seen on it

Sooner or later they will have to go for 4 digit lcn system else they won't be able to accomodate future additions in present blank slots
