Highest price is 22 bro, not average.brilliant, thanks for sharing d relevant links...
at first glance, I feel if I select about 40 HD channels, my bill wud go to rs. 800 ( considering avg chnl price is rs. 22)
This way, the mega hd pack is still better, I m getting almost all ROI HD chnls @ rs 700

Is TV18 Bengali value plus broadcaster boquet available in ADTV.
Most of them are costing rs.22 ( sports hd , ent. hd etc )
Check broadcaster packs also, it may be cheaper

I don't know what is the definition of service ch . I can tell that this ch does not show TS as channel logo, it has ShortTV as ch logo. This is their site Short Films & Movies on TV, Online & in Theaters | ShortsTV
Other TS channel like TS movies chs has Tatasky written on Channel logo
