Its been a long time they are playing songs. Its their test run. Launch soon. Rumors heard that it will launch on November 1.

Yes, it's been a running in Intelsat-17 for that last 3+ years. They acquired the Janapriya TV license and that testing slot was changed with 24-News logo somewhere in 2015-2016. Then onwards we are seeing the songs being played in loop.
